  • 3 Bio-Zitronen
  • 1 Vanilleschote
  • 6 EL weisser Kandiszucker
  • 1 EL Honig
  • 7 dl Grappa

zubereitung

Die Bio-Zitronen hauchdünn abschälen (ohne das Weisse). Die Vanilleschote in der Mitte durchschneiden und danach vierteln. Die Zitronenschale mit den übrigen Zutaten in ein grosses Einmachglas geben und gut verschliessen. 2 Wochen ziehen lassen. Danach filtern und in Flaschen abfüllen.
